Senior Program Manager, Training Partnerships & Operations

What We're Looking For: Partner Program & Execution: You're the go-to expert on training partner program operations. You have direct experience managing training partners, channel partners, or vendor networks. You understand how to motivate, govern, and drive outcomes with external organizations. Strategic & Operational Thinking: You naturally spot inefficiencies and design solutions. You build workflows that scale and can be executed by others. You have the ability to = analyze program metrics, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable strategy adjustments. Cross-Functional Influence: Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across GTM, product, and operations teams. You align diverse groups without direct authority. Experience managing programs across multiple regions, time zones, and cultural contexts. Technical & Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how technical training programs work: content delivery, instructor qualification, learner assessment, certification integrity, and quality assurance.
