Role Type: Ongoing part time contract (22.8 hours per week)
Salary: $124,071 – $129,079 p.a plus superannuation (pro rata)
The opportunity:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of a multi-stream initiative, ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and tracking progress. You will also lead a key stream focused on strengthening core capabilities, working closely with internal experts to enhance how evidence is translated into impact.
What you’ll do

Coordinates end-to-end delivery of the Impact Accelerator across all four activities, including integration, alignment and management of interdependencies

Monitors project-level progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets across activities

Prepares annual progress and impact reports to the Ian Potter Foundation

Coordinates dissemination of learnings, evidence and innovation across CCCH, the Melbourne Children’s Campus, and national and international partners
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as public health, business administration or project management
- Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stream projects, including planning and delivering work within budget and agreed time frames
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail, effectively balancing big-picture priorities and day-to-day delivery
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams to deliver project outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience navigating and negotiating with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes
