Senior Project Manager - OP02125

We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you’ll coordinate one or several Scrum teams operating in a SAFe environment, helping ensure smooth execution, collaboration, and consistent delivery across a complex, multi-component platform.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
• Experience coordinating delivery across several Scrum teams
• Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work with technical teams and support delivery discussions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-changing environments
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Exposure to AI or blockchain-based projects
• Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
• Experience in fintech or private markets domains

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll support one or several Scrum teams in a SAFe environment, helping ensure alignment, execution, and smooth delivery of platform components.

• Coordinate delivery activities within one or several Scrum teams
• Support collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers to enable timely delivery
• Support sprint execution and quarterly PI planning activities
• Assist in maintaining delivery processes and improving team collaboration
• Work with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support teams in managing priorities and changes in a complex environment
