You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing teams, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks effectively to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports. • Coordinate change management activities and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes. • Phase 1: definition of a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases, leading to ERP tool selection. • Phase 2: translation of the approved TOM into contractual business requirements, leading to the selection of a system integrator and the establishment of a fixed-price contractual baseline.
