Senior Project Manager

At inventYOU, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will drive projects from initiation to execution and follow-up, ensuring structure, alignment, and successful delivery in complex business and IT environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of governance, coordination, risk management, and communication throughout the full project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is highly structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in leading projects where quality, accountability, and stakeholder management are essential.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and drive complex projects from start to finish • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, governance, and resource plans • Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project progress • Lead workshops, steering meetings, and status reporting • Ensure clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
