The opportunityWe're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build the next generation of Quality Engineering at GOARC. You'll define the company's testing strategy, build our automation foundation from the ground up, and introduce AI-driven approaches that fundamentally improve how quality is delivered. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, helping us ship faster while maintaining the high reliability our customers expect. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll influence engineering decisions, introduce modern QA practices, and help define the future of quality at GOARC. What You'll Do• Build the company’s automated testing foundation from scratch for a large, mature product with many modules, workflows, integrations, and customer configurations. • Define and execute an automation strategy based on product risk, business impact, and engineering priorities. • Design scalable test architecture, reusable frameworks, and CI/CD integration to support a growing product. • Ensure high release quality through a combination of automation, exploratory testing, and risk-based validation. • Leverage AI to accelerate test creation, improve coverage, analyze failures, and optimize QA workflows. • Develop reliable automated tests across UI, APIs, databases, integrations, and complex customer environments while minimizing test maintenance.
