About the Role

You will work in a global, cross-functional environment, enabling commercial channel performance through the ongoing management and optimization of QTC processes and integrations. This role requires a strong business background and a solid understanding of QTC processes and their integration within SAP ERP.


Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will contribute to and drive execution across several areas, including:

  • Projects:
    Drive functional execution of key projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and tollgates are met. Manage assigned budget responsibilities and escalate any potential issues.
  • Communication:
    Ensure effective communication across IT teams and business stakeholders, in collaboration with director-level leadership.
  • Knowledge Management:
    Partner with functional teams to develop and maintain knowledge articles to support QTC integrations and commercial systems.
  • Third-Party Management:
    Provide oversight of external vendors performing functional work within the SPX FLOW landscape.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Proactively manage stakeholders through both formal and informal engagement.
  • Solution Design & Integration:
    Translate business requirements into functional solutions and ensure seamless integration between internal and external systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with other SAP and front-office teams to ensure end-to-end process consistency and integration.
  • Standardization & Compliance:
    Identify opportunities for global process and configuration standardization and ensure compliance with defined templates.
  • Documentation:
    Define, document, and maintain global QTC integration templates and related areas.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 8+ years of technical and functional experience in SAP SD and CS (LE experience is desirable)
  • Solid understanding of SAP modules including MM, PP, and FICO
  • Strong customer focus with proven experience engaging business leaders, process owners, and IT stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across global and cross-cultural teams
  • Experience delivering solutions aligned with broader functional strategies, including process design, delivery models, and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and drive
  • Experience in resource planning and delivery management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex environments
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability

Base salary: 631,200 to 801,720 gross annual DOE
