We have a blue chip client base across all industries and operate at the Board and senior management level.  Knowledge Centre India (KCI)  Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.  Team  Global Data Quality is a centralized team with bouquet of specialized services. Team partners with multiple stakeholders across the firm to establish standardized processes and guidelines, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, reporting and insights that help colleagues in delivering excellent client services. Also, one arm of the team collaborates with the global Finance & Controlling team on various accounting processes.  Key Responsibilities Survey Design & Programming • Design, program, test, and deploy complex online surveys using tools such as Qualtrics and similar platforms. • Implement advanced logic including skip patterns, quotas, randomization, piping, multilingual surveys and creative sections. • Perform end-to-end survey lifecycle activities: requirement analysis, scripting, QA testing, soft launch checks, deployment and closure.

Data Quality & Governance • Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with internal standards and client governance requirements. • Create and follow SOPs, quality checklists, and audit-ready documentation. • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve defects within TAT.

Analytics & Reporting • Analyze survey data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights. • Build dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools. • Prepare executive-level reports, leadership decks, and consulting-style insights translating data into clear business narratives.

Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with project managers, researchers, consulting teams, and global clients. • Act as a point of contact for client queries, requirement clarifications, and delivery updates. • Ensure timely delivery while balancing quality, accuracy, and stakeholder expectations.
