Senior Quality Assurance

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute test plans (Functional & Non-functional), identify and report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In addition, ensure comprehensive test coverage & identifies potential issues. Furthermore driving automated testing, non-functional testing to ensure high-quality software. • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and test data aligned with project goals. • Oversee the execution of test cases across various testing types, monitor test progress, identify defects, and track test coverage, and generate comprehensive test reports and metrics to assess software quality. • Design, develop, maintain, and evolve optimal test automation solutions in the areas of App, Web, or API • Triage and prioritize defects based on severity and impact, track defect lifecycle and coordinate with development teams for resolution, analyze defect trends to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. • Drive automation initiatives and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and clients, manage expectations and address concerns related to testing activities, provide regular updates on test progress and quality status.
