As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who brings strategic hiring expertise, executive-level recruiting experience, advanced proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Property management experience is a plus. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can bring structure, expertise, and leadership to the recruiting function.
Responsibilities• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for all types and levels of positions across our portfolio companies, from entry-level operational on-site positions to corporate and executive-level roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions. • Experience recruiting for a US-based and/ or Property Management company is strongly desired. • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. • Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key and recurring roles. • Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets. • Own candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines. • Meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
