Senior Requirements Analyst - IT Systems

We are looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst - IT Systems to join our team and support the lifecycle management, development, and modernisation of complex IT systems. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, testers, and other IT professionals to identify business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements. You will contribute to both internally developed and externally procured IT solutions, integrations, and digitalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements • Visualise requirements through process flows, descriptions, and prototypes • Analyse underlying business and IT processes • Lead and contribute to information and process mapping activities • Manage requirements within Agile development processes • Define and document requirements for IT procurements • Support the development of test cases and testing activities • Evaluate test results together with Test Leads, testers, and development teams • Collaborate with developers, solution architects, testers, and other Requirements Analysts • Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements management practices
