Senior Requirements Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Requirements Analyst, Level 4 for a long-term consulting assignment based in Solna. The role focuses on requirements analysis within complex IT environments, including further development of interfaces with external parties, translating business needs into effective IT solutions, and supporting the development of internal requirements analysis capabilities. You will work in an agile environment and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, product owners, and other key stakeholders.

• Perform requirements analysis in complex IT projects and initiatives • Translate business needs into clear IT requirements and solutions • Analyse and develop business processes • Work with information analysis, conceptual modelling, and information flows • Plan and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders • Support and further develop agile processes and ways of working • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and product owners • Coach and support other requirements analysts • Communicate business and technical requirements to different target groups • Document and manage requirements using Jira and Confluence
