- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success partnering with SDR or pipeline-generation teams in high-growth organisations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and business partnering with regional SDR leadership.
- Deep understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, activity productivity, and pipeline creation dynamics.
- Experience owning and optimising SDR technology ecosystems (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Cognism, CRM).
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and operational scaling capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.
