Senior Software Consultant (Internal) - Brazil

We are looking for a Senior Software Consultant who shares our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency to join our team in Brazil. You will use your expertise both with our clients and internally, helping to shape the future of Codurance. As a Senior Software Consultant, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on technical delivery, guiding clients and engineering teams to turn complex business challenges into high-impact, sustainable software solutions. We support our clients in many different ways, giving you the opportunity to work across a broad range of client and internal projects. You might join a Codurance delivery team to build a greenfield product for a startup or help develop a mission-critical system for a large enterprise. You may also work as an embedded craftsperson within a client’s existing development team, delivering software while helping them strengthen their engineering practices and build better, more sustainable software independently.
