Senior Software Engineer

RoleWe are looking for an experienced software engineer to help us build our product. You will be working on the platform and backend services of the product and also the middle layer that sits between third party customer support tools and our proprietary AI platform. We value autonomy, ownership, pragmatism and impact. Responsibilities include: • Building new features or services for our no-code platform, analytics, admin console, data management functionality and others • Owning the architecture and delivery of distributed systems • Working closely with product and internal stakeholders • Designing and implementing maintainable and scalable architecture for consuming and providing APIs • Integrating with 3rd party systems
