Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Expertise in JAVA modern programming languages
AI tool usage, how effectively and quickly the candidate is able to code using AI
Use AI to generate HLD and LLD documents. Get it reviewed by the AI, evaluate whether the suggestion given by the AI tool is right. Also, use AI to code some of the key components
Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization
Experience with microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering production-grade software and improving team effectiveness
