- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization
