Senior Software Quality Control Engineer

• Primarily responsible for testing product releases, including scripting for test automation. • Develops comprehensive manual and automated test plans to guide the team toward release objectives. • Evaluates release requirements and support matrices to create effective test plans. • Executes tests to identify functional defects and usability issues. • Analyzes, tracks, and documents complex defects, generating detailed test reports. • Engages with customers for product support, bug analysis, and workaround solutions. • Collaborates with the Product Owner to define clear acceptance criteria. • Translates user stories and acceptance criteria into automated and manual test cases. • Addresses cross-functional integration topics, working closely with multiple teams or organizations. • Prepares and delivers formal demonstrations of completed features and user stories. • Operates within a team using agile development methodologies.
