About the Role: To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within the management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, within the Quality and Safety Standards.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

  • To hold a bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position within the Poultry or Food environment.

  • Certificate in Supervisory Management is desirable.

  • Qualified in Quality, Quality Systems, and Quality Audits.

  • Handling a multinational and multifunctional workforce.

  • Experience in finalizing plans /targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance

  • activities.

  • Poultry / Food management experience.

  • Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards.

  • Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service level

  • Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce
