Senior Technical Engineer

• Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for Microsoft technologies: Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, SQL Server, and Hyper-V. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for multiple clients. • Lead and execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, patching, and upgrades. • Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as SCOM and Azure Monitor. • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and SCCM task sequences. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly and effectively. • Participate in technical consultations, client meetings, and project planning sessions. • Document configurations, procedures, and project outcomes. • Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with the department lead (Senior Technical Engineer) to deliver high-quality support services.
