Responsibilities• Source and identify highly qualified technical candidates using advanced methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, and networking. • Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and business objectives. • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their sourcing and recruitment skills. • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track candidates and generate reports. • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the technical recruitment and hiring landscape. • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.
