Senior/Staff AI Engineer

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI/ML solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related roles
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management (deployment, monitoring, scalability, reliability)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, or similar deployment technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services (GCP, AWS, Azure, Vertex AI, SageMaker or similar)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, scalable architectures, and clean code practices
• Experience with data engineering and feature engineering processes (data pipelines, large-scale datasets)
• Ability to solve complex business problems using AI/ML techniques (problem framing, analytical thinking, data-driven decision making)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Advanced level of English (technical communication and documentation)

Strong Experience (High Impact)

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience delivering AI/Data Science solutions across multiple industries (Finance, Retail, Telecom, Ecommerce)
• Experience working in customer-facing or consultative environments
