We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team in Palmerston North as a Service Delivery Coordinator
Here’s what you’ll do…
This is a hands-on role supporting our frontline delivery network to operate safely, efficiently, and compliantly each day. You’ll coordinate onboarding, training, and development for Posties across the Manawatu-Whanganui, Taranaki, and Hawke’s Bay regions, helping build capability and confidence within the team.
You’ll help manage fleet and equipment ensuring all mandatory training and safety requirements are completed and maintained. Working closely with Team Leaders and the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll also support route updates, mapping corrections, and day-to-day operational coordination across the delivery network.
In addition, you’ll help manage fleet and safety assets, ensuring Postie bikes, PPE, and equipment are compliant, maintained, and ready to go at all times. From coordinating servicing and registrations through to monitoring stock levels and supporting health & safety compliance, this role plays a key part in keeping our delivery operation running smoothly.
This is a varied role that combines people support, training, coordination, safety, and problem-solving — where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for…
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident working with frontline teams. You’ll enjoy supporting people, solving problems, and helping maintain high operational and safety standards.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a coordination, logistics, administration, or operations-based role
- Confidence working with frontline teams and providing guidance or support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to health & safety and compliance
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using systems, maintaining records, and updating operational data
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in training, coaching, fleet coordination, or team leadership would be beneficial, but is not essential. We’re open to someone looking to grow and develop into the role.
