As a Service Leader – Front Desk, we rely on you to
作为一名前台主管，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring an effective and efficient check-in.
2. Ensuring a memorable guest stay by giving caring and courteous guest services, providing .information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.
3. Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all guests leave happy with their stay.
4. Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.

5. Keep quality service standard to internal and external guests.
1、为顾客提供热情周到的接待，有效率的登记入住；
2、为客人提供热情周到的服务，回答客人的问题，提供信息；
3、快速有效的退房手续，确保顾客满意的离开；
4、确保给每一位员工进行培训，以使员工有能力并有效地在其岗位上工作；

5、保证向酒店内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务。
