As a Service Leader – Chinese Kitchen , we rely on you to

作为一名中厨主管-点心，你的主要工作职责为：

1. Ensure that staff follow the hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food / equipment / utensils

2. Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions / receiving from stores are properly controlled

3. To constantly be alert on freshness, presentations and temperature of food served

4. Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchens and with other departments

2、确保正确地控制食品的份量，服务，以及从库房申领货物

3、经常关注为客人所提供的食品的新鲜度，外观和温度
