We are looking for Service Leader - Health Club and Spa, we rely on you to:

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness center and spa, ensuring all facilities and equipment function properly and comply with brand standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure professional and high‑quality guest service.
• Handle guest complaints and unexpected situations while maintaining safety, hygiene, and service standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness or spa operations in a hotel environment, with solid understanding of related workflows.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer‑service skills; capable of independently resolving guest issues.
• CPR or relevant fitness/spa professional certifications are preferred.
