We are looking for Service Manager – Food & Beverage (Outlet Manager)
Job Summary:
To manage and lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional and personalized dining experiences in line with 5-star service standards. The Service Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial targets, leading team performance, and maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence – Champion a culture of service excellence by ensuring consistently high standards. Oversee the handling of guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Operational Management – Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to brand standards. Continuously review and improve operational procedures.
- Team Leadership & Development – Lead, develop, and inspire the team to achieve high performance. Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Financial & Revenue Management – Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and upselling strategies. Monitor financial performance, including P&L, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Communication & Collaboration – Maintain strong communication with guests, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Work closely with the kitchen and other outlets to enhance overall guest experience.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency with 5-star service and operational standards.
- Marketing & Guest Engagement – Support promotional activities, special events, and initiatives to enhance guest experience and increase outlet visibility and revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent; Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role in a restaurant or 5-star hotel environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-focused mindset.
