As a Service Manager for Hybrid Cloud Storage, you will: • Service Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and management of hybrid cloud storage services, ensuring that all customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. • Hybrid Cloud Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for integrating on-premises and cloud-based storage solutions to provide a seamless hybrid cloud environment. • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service reliability. • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance, availability, and security of hybrid cloud storage systems, identifying opportunities for optimization. • Service Optimization: Lead efforts to improve service performance, efficiency, and scalability of hybrid cloud storage solutions, proactively addressing issues before they impact customers. • Incident & Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents, service disruptions, and problems related to hybrid cloud storage systems, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, and security teams to ensure that hybrid cloud storage services are designed, implemented, and maintained according to industry best practices. • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure comprehensive documentation of service configurations, incidents, changes, and improvements. Provide regular performance reports and service reviews to senior management. • Compliance & Security: Ensure that hybrid cloud storage services comply with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies. • Cost Management: Monitor and manage the costs associated with hybrid cloud storage services, optimizing resource utilization to balance performance and cost-efficiency.
