We are looking for a Service Manager- Events Management Manager.

 

As a Service Manager - Events Management Manager, we rely on you to

  • Responsible for the management of hotel banquets, providing guests with high-quality banquet and conference services.
  • Familiar with the layout requirements of banquets, cocktail parties, press conferences and other activities, and provide quality services.
  • Responsible for handling guests' comments, suggestions and complaints on banquet service work, and earnestly improving the work.
  • Assist in the implementation of business training plans, and constantly improve the service skills and skills of subordinates.

 

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good organizational skills
  • Has 3 years and above experience in either a luxury restaurant or a international chain hotel environment
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates
  • Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
