We are hiring Service Manager - Grill 79;

As a Service Manager - Grill 79, we rely on you to:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service from opening to closing.

• Manage the guest experience with personalized service for VIPs and special occasions.

• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and grooming in line with hotel and Forbes guidelines.

• Train and motivate the service team, providing regular sessions on menu knowledge and wine pairing.

• Drive revenue through upselling, wine sales, and private dining bookings.

• Manage P&L, controlling labor and operating costs.

• Be responsible for the online reputation of the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fine dining or a 5-star hotel environment.

• Strong passion for gastronomy and familiarity with culinary trends.

• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology; WSET Level 2 is an advantage.

• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent guest‑engagement skills.

• Demonstrates consistent professional values and integrity.
