1. Ensure all supplies hotel requests are purchased on time 

2. To analyses the hotel products market and make sure of supplies

3. Ensure to purchase the best quality at best price

4. To update the supplier's reputation, working relationship etc. constantly

5. To co-operate with other sister hotel on every available aspect.l.

1、确保及时提供酒店所需物资。

2、分析酒店产品市场确保供应。

3、确保以最好的价格采购到最好品质的物资。

4、经常了解供销货商的信誉、合作关系等

5、与酒店集团的其他酒店保持密切的合作
