We are looking for a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western)
As a Service Manager - Kitchen (Western) , we rely on you to
- Formulate menus in accordance with the annual promotion plan.
- Be responsible for drafting purchase requisition plans to ensure the rational cyclic utilization of food ingredients with guaranteed quality.
- Conduct daily inspections on the quality of Western kitchen food output, assist in the decoration and arrangement of the buffet counter, and handle unexpected issues in a timely manner.
- Inspect the quality of incoming food raw materials daily, formulate product quality specifications, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and supervision on the on-the-job training of the Western kitchen team.
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef in effectively implementing cost control measures for the Western kitchen.
- Assist in organizing technical training for Western kitchen staff to ensure their on-the-job operational capabilities and comprehensive professional quality meet the job requirements.
We are looking for someone who:
- Have more than 5 years of relevant management experience in a Western kitchen.
- Be proficient in professional knowledge of Western kitchen positions and possess a certain ability of innovation.
- Have a thorough understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems in international hotels.
- Be a responsible person with strong organizational and management capabilities.
