We are looking for Service Manager - Food&Beverage, we rely on you to:

• Oversee overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
• Manage, train, and schedule restaurant staff to maximize team productivity.
• Monitor service standards and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Control operating costs, including labor, food, and supplies, to improve profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

We are looking for someone who:

• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry;restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Highly responsible, able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service.
