We are looking for a Service Manager - F&B Service

 

 

As a Service Manager - F&B Service, we rely on you to;

 

  • Takes responsibility for all restaurant colleagues and oversees and directs all aspects of the outlet operations
  • Ensures the smooth running of the daily operation
  • Improves restaurant revenue
  • Maintains high quality standards in relation to service and food
  • Creates an exceptional experience for our guests
  • Solution driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

 

We are looking for someone who;

 

  • Has a passion for creativity
  • Excellent verbal and written english language
  • Has an in-depth understanding of restaurant management
  • Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
  • Engages in meaningful conversation with guest to maximize engagement
  • Self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum of two years experience as a Manager in F&B Service or similar capacity in an international class hotel
  • Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
