You Role:
1. Managing FSE team members and daily working jobs assignment and arrangement
2. Take over the big fleet of tools, which include tools installation, troubleshooting, maintenance.
3. Service contract is under proposals/price negotiation now, we need the service manager to close the deal.
4. Daily meeting with customers for providing the solution/action plans for field issues.
5. TTTM (Tool To Tool Matching) implementation arrangement for TMAP-AP tools.
6. Sign off FATs on time.
7. Take over the new penetrated PSD-HR tool (to-TSMC) installation/maintenance and close the evaluation.
8. Take over the new penetrated TMAP-PLP tool (to-TSMC) installation/maintenance and close the evaluation.
9. Local spare parts preparation and down-ordering parts delivery.
10.Local FSE team’s operations management, such as engineer’s utilization management, performance recognition, over-time control.

Who You Are:
- 10y working experience in Semi-con industry
- 3y+ people management experience
- Experience in interacting with TSMC
- Metrology & Inspection experience is preferred
- Location open but willing to travel
- Fluent in English
