Purpose of the role:
Lead the digital growth strategy of service products across all online platforms and channels. Drive online service revenue, optimize digital attach performance, and ensure effective regional marketing investment utilization to achieve service sales targets.
Roles, responsibility and authority:
Digital Service Growth Strategy
- Develop and own the digital growth strategy for service products across the company website and marketplace platforms.
- Own online service revenue performance, digital attach rate, and service sales contribution.
- Define revenue expansion priorities and performance targets aligned with commercial objectives.
Digital Performance Optimization
- Monitor attach rate, conversion, and revenue metrics; implement data-driven optimization actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of service placement and penetration across digital customer journeys (PDP, cart, bundles, checkout).
- Identify performance gaps and execute corrective initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Marketing Investment & ROI Governance
- Develop service marketing initiatives in coordination with Commercial and Trade Marketing functions.
- Manage and optimize regional service marketing investments to ensure efficient spending utilization and measurable ROI.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend budget reallocation based on performance outcomes.
Digital Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead service-related digital integration and enhancement initiatives with E-Commerce, IT, and Marketplace teams.
- Ensure proper configuration, visibility, and technical enablement of service offerings across digital platforms.
- Provide structured performance reporting and strategic insights into Services Commercial leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or commercial growth roles.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journey optimization and attach rate management.
- Experience in performance marketing analysis and ROI management.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
