ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing)

Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing) to join our team and support ServiceNow transformation, remediation, and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform remediation activities, defect resolution, and testing to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:• Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations. • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. • Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations. • Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Support ServiceNow upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
