Job Purposes

Control overall operations of the branch in terms of gross sales, human resources, product and service management, and operating cost to align with the standards, including making summary report of the operations to ensure effective operations of the branch

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning and managing manpower, and control sale of products under responsibilities to achieve the goal
  • Control, provide advice, and evaluate performance to develop and manage providing service of front staffs and PC following the standard
  • Control stock count and organizing in own branch, including examine price tags absolutely to follow the standard
  • Coordinate with buying and merchandising team to control stock sufficiently in determined ratio and control price compared to business opponents
  • Control and manage operating cost within branch to ensure effectiveness
  • Follow up and analyze summary report pf sale and target group to develop sale operations and maintain customers
  • Accumulate and make summary report with recommendations about sale and service operations, and product management to coordinate and solve problems to propose to the direct supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail business and 0-3 years of team management experience
  • Have computer skills especially Microsoft Office
