ReversingLabs is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join the SRE team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of ReversingLabs' core systems. You will work across production, staging, and test environments, supporting Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, monitoring, secrets management, repositories, CDN, web services, and internal infrastructure. As part of the team, you'll partner closely with software engineers to improve platform reliability, automate operations, and build resilient systems that enable fast and reliable software delivery.
Responsibilities
• Develop pipelines for building and deploying highly scalable, resilient production environments and the supporting infrastructure. • Define steps and processes for production management • Create and maintain monitoring and alerting systems and ensure maximum system uptime • Estimate the budget and hardware requirements for ReversingLabs systems • Manage day-to-day activities, including the definition and prioritization of tasks • Closely collaborate with engineers to plan and develop the best technical design and approach for infrastructure • Assess and recommend new technologies, libraries, and modules to build and enhance ReversingLabs products and services
