Social Media Manager (Part-Time) for a USA E-Commerce Company - Remote

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support daily community management across our social channels. This role is focused on comment moderation and DM management, ensuring a positive brand presence and helping drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and manage all comments across Facebook and Instagram (organic posts, paid ads, and creator pages) • Respond to positive comments and customer questions in a timely, on-brand manner • Identify and delete negative or harmful comments when appropriate • Manage and respond to all direct messages (DMs) across brand accounts • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions • Log in twice daily (morning and evening) to ensure timely responses and coverage
