Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across our portfolio's social channels, including Cache Ventures, Emailable, Sur and Founder accounts. This role is hands-on. You'll develop content pillars, manage the calendar, create and edit posts, and optimize based on what's actually working. We're not looking for someone to schedule content and check a box, we want someone who understands what makes B2B and SaaS content perform and can execute against that daily.

Responsibilities • Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts • Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing • Turn platform trends into original content that fits our voice—dry, operator-focused, anti-influencer • Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results • Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next
