They acquire underperforming assets, rehabilitate them, and reposition them to generate returns for their investors. About the Role Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to take real ownership of day-to-day marketing execution across social media, content, and lead management. This is a hands-on role supporting an active pipeline, you'll manage posting schedules, prospect and follow up with contacts on LinkedIn, coordinate call bookings, and support webinar setup and automations through Go High Level. Basic video editing using tools like Canva and Opus Clips is also part of the mix.
Key Responsibilities • Manage, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs; manage social media groups • Help grow accounts through consistent posting, engagement, and basic best practices • Create thumbnails, simple graphics, carousel covers, and basic social media assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools • Do light video edits, add captions, resize, and repurpose longer content into short-form clips using CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva, or similar tools • Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists) • Research content ideas using vidIQ, YouTube search, competitor analysis, and AI tools • Track post performance, content metrics, and basic marketing numbers • Support email campaigns, webinar setup, and follow-up activities • Prospect and follow up with contacts via LinkedIn; assist with lead management and call scheduling • Support Go High Level automations and workflows
