Your Role

  • Lead the Government Relations & Patient Advocacy team to maximize access to our portfolio.
  • Develop and implement government relations strategies aligning with regulations and policies.
  • Monitor legislative changes and provide strategic guidance for compliance. Collaborate internally to influence public policies improving patient access.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and patient groups.
  • Represent the company in governmental events and industry forums to promote company interests.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support senior leaders with strategic insights and external meeting preparations.

 

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Pharmacy, or related fields; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in government relations or public policy in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the regulatory and political environment affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and make strategic decisions.
  • Experienced in advising senior leaders under pressure on political and government affairs.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally in complex organizations and managing multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong networking capabilities and experience managing contracts with health authorities.
