Software Development Lead

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Development Lead to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? • Coordinate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure features are correctly prioritized and deliver on time according to the roadmap. • Lead a Team of developers, analysts, testers for the implementation of software solutions. • Monitor and assess frequently the product roadmap to align with business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with other project managers to integrate at a value stream level. • Assess and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and management. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams ( Infra, Network, Platform ) to align on deliverables. • Manage and facilitate technical discussions or decision-making sessions when required. • Ensure compliance with agile best practices and Devops. • Update and maintain project timelines. • Monitor resource allocation and adjust assignment when priorities shift. • Ensure the team maintains high focus on quality assurance and testing. • Escalate blockers or scope changes to the appropriate stakeholders. • Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience. • Manage the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, as per user-defined requirements.
