About The Role We are looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT systems, software engineering, and logistics. You’ll play a key role in integrating our Warehouse Execution System (WES) into customer environments, ensuring seamless deployment and performance.

What You Will Do• Engage directly with customers’ IT and operations teams to understand their requirements • Translate business and operational needs into actionable design requirements for WES integration • Design and develop reliable, scalable, and testable WES add-ons tailored to each solution • Write and review high-quality software design specifications and technical documentation • Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing on both simulated and live systems • Participate in the software integration and commissioning phases of projects • Collaborate with local experts and international Exotec teams to solve software engineering challenges
