We are currently seeking a Business Consulting Manager  to join our team in Bangalore, India.

Job Title: Solution Architect – Kinaxis Supply Planning

Experience: 6-8+ Years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kinaxis Supply Planning Lead to join our growing supply chain solutions team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and supporting Supply Planning solution for clients across industries. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and managers to deliver value through intelligent supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and design end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse supply planning solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Lead architecture discussions for supply planning modules including:

    • Supply Planning
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Capacity Planning
    • S&OP / IBP alignment

  • Lead Kinaxis implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.

  • Configure and customize RapidResponse applications (workbooks, control tables, scripts, etc.).

  • Drive solution development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Business Leaders).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and guide them on best practices.

  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and present solution designs.

  • Design and oversee integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization within Kinaxis.

  • Work with data models, hierarchies, and master data configuration.

  • Lead and mentor functional and technical teams.

  • Define governance standards, solution frameworks, and documentation.

  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to implementation methodologies.

 

 Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (mandatory).
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Planning processes.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end supply chain planning transformations.
  • Hands-on experience with: RapidResponse configuration (Control Tables, Worksheets, Alerts)
  • Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business value realization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience in industries like CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
