2. Material Procurement (POP & Branding Assets)

  • Corporate Gifting: Manage the catalogue for branded merchandise and promotional giveaways.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Procurement or Sourcing. Experience in an advertising agency or a large FMCG/Retail procurement team is a major plus.

  • Technical Knowledge: * Familiarity with printing processes (GSM, materials like Sunboard, Acrylic, Metal).

    • Understanding of event logistics and fabrication timelines.
    • Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP or Ariba) and advanced MS Excel.

Success Metrics

  • Vendor Reliability: 95%+ on-time delivery for campaign materials.
  • Compliance: 100% adherence to corporate branding guidelines by all third-party vendors.

Pro-Tip for Hiring: When interviewing for this role, ask the candidate to explain the difference between digital vs. offset printing costs or how they would handle a last-minute fabrication failure for a major MICE event. This will reveal their technical depth and crisis management skills.
