Sourcing Manager-Korean+English(based in Head office Bangkok, Thailand)

◆ Sourcing Strategy: Effectively develop and lead sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area. Consistently deliver measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth, and corporate social responsibility. ◆ Supplier Engagement and Management: Employ strong knowledge of key local industry players and market dynamics. Develop new effective business and professional relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players. Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvement. ◆ Cross-Functional Projects: Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes. Provide day to day oversight about category procurement process and perform a hands-on execution as well as process refinement role. ◆ Cost Reduction and Process Optimization: Drive cost reduction opportunity by market & commodity tracking Collaborate with players to achieve win-win solution through value engineering & co-innovation. Optimize process to enable “speed to market” support model. ◆ Leadership and Teamwork: Effectively motivate and collaborate within team and across peer groups. Lead cross functional teams to develop sourcing strategy and resolve supply issues. Operate within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and leverage opportunities are delivered.
