The successful candidate will provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:• Perform a range of spa and wellness treatments, including massages, body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic services. • Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness services. • Provide professional and personalized treatments while ensuring client comfort, safety, and satisfaction. • Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly prepared for each client. • Build strong relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service. • Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointments. • Recommend and promote suitable spa products and services to enhance the client experience. • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times. • Maintain a professional appearance and a high standard of personal grooming. • Assist with other spa operations and duties as required.
