As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in either Budapest or Debrecen. What you'll do• Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email. • Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices. • Guide customers through product features and functionalities. • Escalate complex technical cases when needed. • Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution. • Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.
